Evening with domains

Last evening at a dinner party I was talking to some of my friends about this whole thing about domains with pageranks. One of them believed that pageranks was just another way of manipulating the general public for your own good and make money of this. In some ways I guess he could be right, at least with regards to purchasing existing domains with pagerank, where you use their pagerank (or credibility) for a different purpose than for which it was earned. In general however, I find it is very much like the more old-fashioned “word of mouth” – just in an electronic way where links are used as a type of electronic recommendation instead of a spoken recommendation.

A headache

I’ve got this splitting headache. Again. I hate this. This got to be one of the worst headaches I ever suffered. And I have had a few, both real and metaphorical ones. One of the worst metaphorical ones came over a couple of months ago when I had to decide which Cloud VPS Hosting to get. That one had me almost paralyzed for well over a week, a veritable nightmare indeed. I hate nightmares, who doesn’t, because I happen to have a lot of them as well. For some I keep dreaming, every single night, that I am standing in this pitch dark room then suddenly someone turn on the light and this army of coked up dwarves starts to fling minced meat to my face. Every night the meat dwarves come to haunt me. These dreams have on several occasions got me into a lot of trouble. A couple of days ago I almost killed a short guy who buying minced meat at my grocery store.
